Fire and Smoke Damper Installation Training
Who should attend?
This course caters to those who install fire and smoke dampers, as well as those who supervise and verify their correct installation. The aim of this course is to provide installers with the skills and knowledge to complete a fully compliant fire damper installation.
You can book the full-day course through our online shop for £200 per person plus VAT.
What will you learn?
By enrolling in this course, you will:
- Participate in full, step-by-step installations of our products.
- Understand the correct positioning and orientation of our products when they are installed, as we have tested them.
- Experience the materials used in the installation of fire and smoke dampers.
What products are available?
For a one-day course, you can specify the following Advanced Air product sessions (a maximum of two).
- Specific damper models: any two sessions with 0160 AFS/HEVAC (wall and floor), 2500 AFS (wall), 26SCD AFS (wall), and 26SSD (shaft wall).
- There are specific installation types that require a full day, using either AFS or HEVAC for wall and floor applications.
What’s included in the cost?
The fee for the course includes the following items:
- A training pack that includes installation manuals for smoke dampers and fire dampers, along with product certifications.
- Lunch and tea/coffee refreshments.
- Certificate of completion.
