0500 MAN Fire Damper
To meet the demand for fire dampers with easy access for testing and maintenance, we are pleased to offer the 0500 MAN fire damper.
This damper has been designed to maintain its integrity in a fire also having the capability to be used for volume control. The sizes available are from 100mm diameter to 315mm diameter.
The damper has been tested to meet the current CPR requirements for CE labelling being tested to BS EN 1366-2 and classified to BS EN 13501-3 as required in the standard BS EN 15650.

Features
- Aerodynamically Air Control tested to BS EN 1751.
- Tested and assessed BS EN 1366-2.
- Thermal fuse replaceable from outside the casing.
- External blade position indicator.

- Blades – double-skinned 1.2mm mild steel with a fire retardant gasket sandwiched between each blade. Option of 1.2mm 430 stainless steel
- Case – 0.9mm galvanised steel
- Shaft – ⌀6mm 303 stainless steel
- Case leakage – DW144, class C ⌀100 and ⌀125mm, Class B ⌀150 to ⌀315mm
- Blade leakage – Class 3: ⌀315mm, Class 2: ⌀100 to ⌀300mm
