KFSL maintain and repair buildings and assets to ensure they run smoothly and respond to the latest changes in standards and specifications. As a leading provider of workplace solutions, they work in partnership with government, local authorities, and blue light clients to ensure their buildings run smoothly, safely and efficiently.

They have the ability to handle the full range of mechanical and electrical engineering and fabric maintenance services, with the support of our 24/7/365 customer service centre and an industry-leading asset and scheduling solution complete with dedicated subcontractors of which Advanced Air UK are proud to be a part of.

Delivery

All works are undertaken out of hours and demonstrate Advanced Air UK’s flexibility in approaching each project determined on its location, demographic and requirements to ensure that all stakeholders are subjected to minimal disruption.

Following our own robust procedures, initial surveys and constant consultation with the customer and stakeholders will be completed as the maintenance works are completed.

On this scheme, Advanced Air UK were also the consultant and contractors’ choice for the equipment to be maintained with our VCD, 0400 series fire damper, 2530 smoke damper and associated System 42 panel being the components that receive the annual maintenance.
